Our priorities are to serve those who do not have health insurance or who have additional barriers to accessing private counselling. Holly is a counselling intern who values creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She believes a strong therapeutic relationship is an important foundation for meaningful change.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Through her training, she has developed an interest in supporting individuals navigating trauma, stress and burnout, and relational dynamics.

Holly is particularly interested in helping clients better understand their experiences and find healthy ways to cope with life’s challenges. She works collaboratively with clients to explore what they’re going through and support them in making meaningful changes in their lives.

Kassie is completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology and practices from a non-judgmental, inclusive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens.

She has experience supporting individuals in vulnerable situations, particularly those navigating grief, anxiety, major life transitions, and stress management challenges. Kassie understands that these experiences can be demanding, emotionally draining, and at times isolating.

No matter the season of life, she provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. Her approach is informed by person-centred values and integrates mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and family systems perspectives. Kassie believes clients already hold many of the strengths and tools needed for change and works collaboratively to help them access and build on that potential.

Breanna is a compassionate and dedicated counselling student committed to supporting individuals in building resilience, clarity, and self-understanding. She takes a warm, strengths-based, and collaborative approach to her work, striving to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Breanna is particularly passionate about working with young adults, students, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, and significant life transitions.

Breanna holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Brunswick Saint John, where she double majored in Psychology and Biology. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University and will finish her practicum in December 2026. Her academic background in both the biological and psychological sciences inform her holistic understanding of mental health and well-being.

Breanna values meeting clients where they are and recognizes that each person’s experiences and goals are unique. Rather than adhering rigidly to a single theoretical orientation, she integrates evidence-based perspectives and tailors her approach to best support each individual’s needs. She is especially interested in helping clients strengthen self-confidence, manage stress and anxiety, and navigate evolving academic, personal, and relational challenges.

Outside of her professional work, Breanna enjoys traveling, playing rugby, and reading. She is located in the Saint John office and looks forward to supporting clients in their growth and healing journey.

Syrus Daver is finishing his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education. Syrus works as a Behaviour Support Teacher in the public school system, helping students with behavioural, emotional, and learning challenges. He works closely with students, families, and teams to build supportive environments that encourage resilience, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

Syrus brings a calm and collaborative approach to counselling. He believes meaningful change starts with a strong relationship based on trust, respect, and authenticity. He aims to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they share their experiences.

Syrus uses client-centred and solution-focused approaches, working with clients to understand their experiences, build on their strengths, and find practical ways forward. His background in education gives him insight into anxiety, emotional regulation, identity development, and the challenges people face during times of change.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Brunswick and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University.

She brings experience as a family support worker, where she supported children, adults, and families navigating mental health challenges and disabilities. In this role, Jennifer worked closely with families to offer guidance, compassion, and connection to community resources and services.

As a mom of two, Jennifer understands firsthand the complexities of parenthood, including the emotional challenges that can arise during the postpartum period. These experiences deepen her empathy and her commitment to creating a safe, supportive space for others.
