Jessica is a dedicated and compassionate professional committed to fostering mental well-being and empowering individuals. With a diverse background spanning emergency response, healthcare and management, she brings extensive expertise in a trauma-informed approach and client-centered care.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of New Brunswick and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals through various life transitions and challenges, including navigating evolving health issues, entering or exiting the workforce, and evolving family dynamics or living situations. Jessica has also received additional training in counselling the neurodivergent population.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys reading and gardening as well as several artistic pursuits including painting and bookbinding.

She believes in building strong, trusting connections with clients, allowing their individual values to guide the counselling process.
