Hello, my name is Ben. I am a passionate and dedicated person focused on helping individuals ameliorate the circumstances that trouble them. Indeed, I believe that it is my purpose to serve others by helping them improve their mental health and by extension, their lives.
My approach
I take an integrated approach that tailors treatment to the individual. I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Due to my academic background and extensive extracurricular interest in psychology, I am well equipped with the necessary tools to help those in need.

Maeve is passionate about helping people overcome their personal challenges in order to reach their full potential in life. She offers a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns and work collaboratively to make the changes that are important to them.
Maeve has a background in mental health research where she has explored topics such as anxiety, depression, addiction, harm reduction, and virtual mental health care. As a result, Maeve strongly believes in adopting an evidence-based approach in her counselling practice. She also passionate about ensuring that everyone has access to evidence-based counselling services.
Maeve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s of Public Health from the University of Saskatchewan. She is also working towards completing a Master’s of Counselling through the University of Lethbridge.
Maeve’s Approach:
Maeve adopts a holistic and integrated approach to her counselling practice. She believes that each client is unique and that each client requires a tailored approach to counselling. Therefore, Maeve draws from a number different therapeutic including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotion focused individual therapy (EFIT), and mindfulness practices. Importantly, Maeve’s approach is flexible, goal-oriented, strengths based, and trauma-informed.
